operating duty:
1. Organize the preparation of various systems of material and equipment supply management, and organize the implementation after the approval of the general manager;
2. Be responsible for market investigation, understand the market situation and master the price of building materials;
3. Carry out supplier survey, establish and manage supplier catalogue and files;
4. Make material (equipment) purchase plan according to the project schedule and material demand plan;
5. Participate in material (equipment) procurement bidding and procurement contract formulation;
6. Participate in the selection and qualitative audit of large equipment;
7. Assist the engineering department in the quality inspection of purchased materials and equipment;
8. Review the price of materials and equipment and report to the deputy general manager in charge for approval;
9. Responsible for purchasing management, transportation management and delivery management of materials (equipment);
10. Collect and arrange materials (equipment) data;
11. Even if the relevant contracts and documents are collected and classified, they shall be submitted to the contract management department for filing;
